Claybot launches at the International Ceramics Festival, July 1st 2017

The team from Claybot journeyed to the lovely seaside town of Aberystwyth in Wales to be part of the International Ceramics Festival 2017. Now in its 18th edition, this wonderful event brings in talented ceramicists from across the globe to demonstrate their skills to an audience equally diverse.

Claybot demonstrated one of its first generation machines and garnered great interest, particularly from those involved in Education. It is here where Claybot has a serious and distinct offering to get clay back into educational establishments in a meaningful way. Bridging the gap between Design & Technology and the Arts is currently a hot topic, as cross-curriculum projects are being evaluated as important learning techniques applicable to the modern world.

Claybot was delighted to announce orders from Germany and the UK as an unexpected bonus from our event demonstration.
