Eco Extruder

We have been working hard to deliver a more affordable extruder for our LUTUM® printer. The eco extruder is a workable solution that provides expected high quality print results for the smaller DIY projects or the occasional clay print setup. This extruder is not intended for high volume or professional scale printing.

It is compatible with the LUTUM® 3.x and newer machines*

*not compatible with BRUTUM® printers

We offer in two options with additional optional items

• The Eco extruder can be supplied with clay with your own cartridges or via a tube feed system
• You can also Bundle it with our metal Cartridge Set-S.

Extruder Only :

Bundle it with discount

The bundle has the extruder + Cartridge Set-S.
This set has you set and go within the hour.
You will receive the wiring instructions to connect a standard UTP/RJ45 to the extruder, the other (wire) side of the cable needs to connect to your printer electronics to send the stepper signal to the nema17 drive motor.

The Standard package contains:

• extruder
• 1/4″ male PP black Leur nozzle adapter
• five 1.4mm standard green nozzle tips
• 10mm barrel cleaning brush

Optional items:

• (optional) Cartridge Set-S
• (optional) 4x M5x35 hex bolts for mounting to your equipment
• (optional) 2m air tube with connector
• (optional) 2m IGUS flexible UTP data cable with one RJ45 socket for motor

To install your extruder on third paty equipment;

Set step count to 836 steps per mm. this value will gives good results with standard 3mm nozzle ad 3mm filament configurations in slicers.

Damage to your board or to the extruder motor due to incorrect wire connection is not warrented. You are responsible to correctly connect this extruder to your hardware.

You will need compressed air at maximum 6 bar (depending on clay viscosity) to pressurize the Cartridge. Without that pressure the extruder will not function.
