Micro Nozzle Pack
This package can be used with the LUTUM® extruders. With it you will be able to print very fine structures. Make sure you use the correct slicer settings and clay viscosity for these nozzles to work.
The measure is given in G (Gauge) and in effective Outer print Diameter.
The Outer print diameter is the minimum width you can print with the nozzle. When over extruding you can increase your deposition up to 50%.

The black fittings are molded and have good chemical resistance. Make sure you have a clean, clay- and dust-free brass fitting before you screw this black polypropylene adapter to the extruder. this will prolong the life of this part. The tapered tip series is designed with a double helix thread to provide secure connection to the adapter. the smooth internal path design reduces turbulence in the clay flow and ensured a nice and smooth placement. You can cut the tip to get a different extruding width.
For professional use there is a chrome plated brass variant of the Fitting. You can add it to your standard order. This fitting has less wear and lasts longer. it’s slightly heavier and sometimes needs a little extra pressure for good print results.
You can also order a separate set of nozzles, they come in increments of 20.

Stainless steel Replacement cap for LUTUM cartridge including 1 rubber seal
The stainless steel version is 110 gram heavier and will require slower printing to avoid moire or artefacts in the print due to added end weight of the cartridge.
The stainless steel version is much mure durable and can be closed using the metal tube clamp / impact driver.

for the LUTUM® extruders there are 3 seals that can wear.

The seal on the auger is the one that needs replacement after about 80 hours of printing minimum.
One pack contains 10 pcs. |

There is also a spare seal pack, one pack contains two sets of 4 seals.
This is for the occasional maintenance or after you gave the extruder the wrong command by turning backwards, clay will then be forced up the auger and damages the seals. it includes the cartridge joint seal, (not pictured) |

Replacement motor
Motor, motor Cover and UTP sockets can be ordered separately
From 2021 onwards all printer are equipped with the larger 44mm Motor.
Due to imroved powermanagement motor fans are no longer needed.
The 37mm motor is no longer available
Please Select the parts, or set, you need to replace.
If you do not need a motor select ‘NO motor’.
The socket covers are motor specific.
Although we offer legacy motor covers for the 37mm motor we advise to replace the whole motor set for the new 44m
If you choose a larger motor compared to the one you have please select the correct attributes for that motor:
Select ‘No motor’ when only changing the socket and / or cover.
If you need a larger motor than your current setup:
– do not forget to include the corresponding socket and cover
